I can't believe that it is our last day on the cruise. It has gone by really quickly. I guess that's what happens when you are having a great time. Both boys woke up in crabby moods, one more so than the other. We didn't get into Nassau until 1:30, so we spent the morning relaxing. We saw the Let Me Entertain You Madagascar show in the Aqua Theater. Matthew loves anything that involves the characters. It's nice that he still gets so excited to see them. We didn't want to get off the ship with the masses, so we ate lunch at Johnny Rocket's (yes, the ship has one onboard). At least three of us ate lunch. Jack was still in a bad mood, so he stayed outside the restaurant the whole time. It started pouring and the restaurant is on the boardwalk, so Jack had to seek out shelter in order not to get wet. We were going to get off the ship with Bill and Ben, but the storm got really bad and there was lightning and thunder, so we decided not to leave. But awhile later it cleared up, so we decided to take our chances. Of course, as soon as we got off the ship, it started to rain again. And you all know how our youngest traveller does in the rain. He started screaming that he wanted to get back onboard, but we continued on into town. Luckily there were covered walkways, so we had a little bit of shelter from the elements. Matthew definitely was not happy though. They have an inside shopping area close to the docks, so we started off there and by the time we were done, it had stopped raining, so we walked around the town for a little while. I'm glad we hadn't planned on going to a beach or to Atlantis for the day, because it was not a nice day to be out and about. We made it back on board just in time to get ready for dinner. Matthew has been really shy all week around our waitress, but tonight he gave her a big hug goodbye. It's really nice that you have the same waitstaff all week because they get to know you and your family really well. After dinner the boys got temporary tattoos. Matthew got a flaming soccer ball, Jack got a snake and Ben got a flaming baseball. We saw Blue Planet tonight, which is one of the big shows on the ship. Matthew loves to sit up close, so we got seats in the second row. It was a good show and all of the kids enjoyed it. It was a good end to a great trip.
